Agence Erasmus+ France / Education Formation is responsible for the proper use of public funds, whether they are used for running the agency or for funding Erasmus+ European projects
It is in charge of publishing information on managed European funds, funded Erasmus+ projects and the national key players who manage these public subsidies. Agence Erasmus+ France / Education Formation ensures compliance with the regulations in force regarding personal data protection (GDPR).
Since 2017, Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation has adopted an eco-friendly approach to minimise its environmental impact and improve the quality of life for the agency’s employees. A charter of “eco-gestures” has been drafted to encourage all employees to get on board, within their respective levels, with the agency’s eco-friendly approach; it has been included in our internal rules, and is supported by a guide of best practices, appended to the newcomer’s handbook.
We try to keep our environmental impact to a minimum by opting for responsible travel choices: public transport and cycling for home-to-work trips, taking the train for business trips. These efforts are rewarded annually (with EcoAct certification). Our purchasing policy is also a contributing factor: green labels, national production, limiting the number of promotional goodies, a renewable energy supplier (Enercoop), recycling, etc.
Since 2005, Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation is committed to quality. The procedures implemented, which are continuously improved, enable the agency to efficiently monitor its intervention loans to fund Erasmus+ projects, and its own operating budget. For this purpose, annual internal and external controls and audits are performed (General Inspectorate of the Administration of National Education and Research, European Commission).
