It contributes to tackling the challenge of climate change, in accordance with <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/strategy-and-policy\/priorities-2019-2024\/european-green-deal_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the European Green Deal<\/a>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the SALTO Green resource centre?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SALTO Green\u2019s four persons team acts as a knowledge hub between policies and practices. It aims to continually improve the quality of education for sustainable development, increase eco-responsible behaviour and support the creation of new jobs and skills linked to the ecological transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SALTO Green reaches three different levels of stakeholders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The staff of the 55 National Agencies <\/strong>in 33 countries, by building a common understanding of the Programme\u2019s priority, by helping the National Agencies to analyse, evaluate and encourage eco-responsible practices and approaches in the projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Erasmus+ and ESC ecosystem<\/strong> by helping optimise the implementation, the monitoring and the monitoring of the green priority (environmental protection, sustainability and fight against climate change). <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The beneficiaries <\/strong>by improving the quality and impacts of their projects and activities, highlighting good practices and helping them use low-carbon transports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SALTO Green as part of an existing network<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SALTO Green was launched the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of March 2023 and is hosted by the French Erasmus+ National Agency \/ Education and Training (Bordeaux). SALTO Green is part of a wider network of 10 other SALTO Resource Centres. The first one, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/rc\/euromed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SALTO Euromed<\/a>, was created in 2000 and is hosted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/rc\/eeca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">French Erasmus+ National Agency \/ Youth and Sport<\/a>.
